  1. I am confused on the type chart to use to evaluate the ETF above or below the 300 SMA;
    If I use the 1YR chart with 300 SMA with weekly vs daily the outcome is obviously different.
    What is the preferred method to use since this is to be a long term portfolio.
    I have been following your spreadsheet but I just started the 20 ETF portfolio from Faber’s book.

    1. Preference is ultimately up to you. The 200 day SMA is a popular moving average, the rough equivalent would be a 40 week SMA and 10 month SMA but they can generate different signals.
